We are a learning and development consulting firm founded by Ojas and Vishakha, also the Principal Facilitators and Consultants. We along with a large team of xperienced empanelled Pan-India facilitators design and deliver learning interventions nationally and globally.

Our gamified learning interventions are much preferred by our clients apart from other focus areas of Leadership development , capability enhancement, behavioural modification, competency building and soft skills spreadout.

Established around a decade ago, enhancerzz has its physical presence in Ahmedabad and Surat, with an impressive client list across sectors, levels and geographies.  

We are also specialized not only in regular Train the Trainer sessions but also technical Train the Trainer interventions that are aimed at making technical trainings engaging and effective.

We would also want to  highlight our Assessment and Development Centres, Coaching interactions and Consulting services for Self Development and Team enhancement.

Ojas Bhatt

Ojas is a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA in HR with an overall experience of 24 + years in academics, HR and Learning and Development. His interactive facilitation style clubbed with examples, activities and discussion make the sessions effective and fun. He is also an entrepreneur, a Belbin team role practitioner, a psychometric assessor and an executive Coach. He loves road trips, music and is an ardent foodie.

Vishakha Bhatt

Director

Vishakha has a Bachelor’s in Science with Mathematics and Physics, a Bachelor’s in education and a Master’s in Human Resource Development. A certified Arts based Therapy(ABT) practitioner, she has more than 12 + years of experience in Learning and Development consulting and facilitation. She is also an artist and a counsellor. She firmly believes in giving it back to the society and is actively engaged in social service responsibility especially with children at risk.

CONSULTANT

A Certified Image Consultant & Corporate Trainer with 16 years of experience spanned across Hospitality, Aviation and Management coupled with training expertise. An alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai who further completed his professional certification from Image Consulting Business Institute, Mumbai. His forte lies in designing and delivering customized training programs for the organizations by merging their goals into the training objectives. His diverse profile includes clientele from Retail, Hospitality, Pharma, Manufacturing, IT&T, BFSI, Real Estate to name a few.

Hemang Shroff
CONSULTANT

With more than 21+years of experience, Hemang is an avid reader, a meticulous content designer and an enthusiastic trainer who holds training exposure to academic as well as corporate domains. His mission is to help people fine-tune their behavioural skills, and carve out a meaningful life plus a rewarding career. Through his extensive experience and innovative approach, Hemang has helped many professionals, entrepreneurs and business owners, managers, executives & supervisors, engineers & technicians develop mutual trust, accountability and ownership, collaboration, and upskill themselves in order to achieve business goals.

Bhautik Sheth
CONSULTANT

Bhautik comes with 16+ years of experience in corporate training with major forte being in the digital marketing space. He has served as an advisor to Digital Marketing committee at The Southern Gujarat Chambers of Commerce and Industries plus played a part in the Student Start-up and Innovation Policy Advisory Committee. He has also served as a visiting/guest faculty in 20+ universities and colleges in Gujarat Having trained over 60,000 people for Digital marketing, he has consulted 115+ businesses globally along plus authored a Book on search engine optimisation (SEO).

Anika Vyas

With over 15 years of extensive industry experience, Anika is a seasoned professional who made a successful transition from banking to becoming a proficient soft skills trainer, POSH consultant, and public speaking coach.
Anika has conducted numerous high-impact sessions and workshops for esteemed organizations such as Axis Bank Ltd, GIA Labs, L & T Power, Adani Foundation, and many more.
Anika’s expertise extends to developing comprehensive competency assessments, aimed at identifying and nurturing employability skills for the new age workforce.

Dhananjay Bhandari
CONSULTANT

Dhananjay comes with 13+ Years of Experience in field of HR – Business Partnering, Capability Building, Organization Development & Executive Coaching. He comes with experience in Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing and Corporate HR Roles. In his stints with corporates he worked for Demergers, Acquisitions, Cultural & Productivity Integrations. He is Master of Human Resource Management from The M. S. University of Baroda, Certified Corporate Trainer, Certified Coach, Certified Competency & psychometric assessor.
